Brisket * Pork Spare Ribs * Chicken

Entry fee is $120 + an un-cooked brisket (10 pound min.)

Trophies for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd in brisket, ribs, and chicken

 “King of the Pits” will be crowned at the end of the day
